The service here was wonderful. We received a welcome gift and drink which were well appreciated after a long trip. We only stayed one night, but found our room spacious and comfortable. My partner also loved the bath and sauna. Would recommend and stay again!

wonderful hotel! I always stay here when I'm in Osaka. one step from the entrance to underground mall Crysta (there is elevator too), where you can get Nagahoribashi or Shinsaibashi stations. all shopping within walking distance. Osaka park in 10 minutes by run, 20 minutes by foot or subway

Great location situated between 2 train stations which allowed us easy travel around the city. The hotel has a lovely Cafe which we visited and enjoyed complimentary beverages. Laundry facilities were great, easy to use and convenient.

Room was a bit small but quite clean and comfortable. The facilities such as public bath was nice too. Ive been to japan several times so I am quite comfortable with the shared public bath and showers. But there is no shower in the room - only a toilet so those first timers to Japan not comfortable with this should select another rooms as they have rooms with showers. They offer free flow drinks in the evening which is quite a nice touch. They offer pajamas which I found useful as I didnt need to unpack my pajamas. Staff was quite pleasant too with offering a map of places to eat around the hotel and also the pin in case you come back late. I'd consider staying again as the location is superb and close to many attractions also also to osaka/shin osaka station and also if you need to take the train back to Kansai. Dotonburi is a 10 min walk away so that is very convenient for those who want to spend the evening eating.
