The room is spacious in compared with many hotels in Osaka. Near to Osaka Station so it's very convenient too.

The decor and cleanliness was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the recreation of the church. The single beds were large and comfortable and we liked the options of both firm and soft pillows. It's very close so the airport limousine bus stop and train stations and the lady at check in was very helpful.

Great friendly and helpful staff. A very elegant hotel with plenty of character and a super extensive breakfast to cover all tastes including European. A short flat 400m walk from Osaka train/metro station (use the west exit). Although the hotel is very close to the train line the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent. A nice comfortable bed.

Very close to the Osaka JR station and airport limousine bus pick up point (Herbis Plaza), very accessible and easy to get to the restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The lifts were ornate and charming.

The atmosphere of an old-fashioned hotel from 1900s is quite interesting. Amenities were good, the location was great. You can walk straight into the hotel using the underground tunnel from Osaka and Umeda stations, which is a big plus if you have more than one carry-on.
