The staff was very nice and accommodating when I ran into issues using the dryer. There were also free breakfast rice ball bento vouchers for each night of the stay given. The spa was very quiet so it was very relaxing using the facility.

There is an onsen on the 14th floor which is a big plus after a day full of walking.

Location is very good, quiet and inexpensive. The spa is fantastic, it has sauna ,indoor and out door bath. I enjoyed very much.

Location is OK. Onsen was OK. Staff was quite helpful. Room and facilties average. Not value for money compared to other hotels I stayed in Osaka and Kyoto during this trip
