The room after we paid to upgrade was good. But I can hear the next door fighting and feel they throw something against the wall we share. Location was perfect, just right across the road of Tenmabashi station.

The location is actually good, close to the subway station including convenience stores, and there is a shopping mall nearby, so you can go shopping if you have nothing to do

The location is very convenient to train station, shopping plaza, Osaka Castle etc. The staff were extremely helpful in many ways, including getting us a taxi in the rain at rush hours. There are coin operated laundry on two floors for patrons.
