The location is very good. The amenities are very good. The room was spacious, we stayed in the intergate floor. The onsen was very nice. In the evening there was some japanese snacking to be enjoyed, in the morning coffee was offered.

Its location is close to the station. There are shops, restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Our Japan trip began with our flight into Osaka from UK after Hong Kong . The limousine bus at the airport gets you to Herbis which is just round the corner from the hotel and so a short walk later with suitcases we arrived at the hotel. It’s very, very unique but stylish and so check the website. It has happy hour from 5 to 7pm and it’s all free food and drinks ! Exceptional treats ! The room was superb but again go large at least 25 m squared. It’s a good location near shops, the city and the station. The hotel itself just makes me smile writing this quick review and that’s a good sign !

Modern fresh hotel with lovely lounge area. Rooms functional & superior twin room had nice city view and was comfortable for 2 people. Breakfast excellent with Western & Japanese selection. Hotel onsen very nice and laundry facilities clean and easy to use. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently next to Osaka station. With good access to food and shopping. The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable with excellent amenities. We would book again if returning to Osaka

Well run hotel with lovely, helpful staff very close to Osaka train station, shopping and restaurants. Hotel also offers a yummy breakfast and cocktail hour and snacks.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights before heading back to Europe, and it was the perfect choice. The location is ideal—close to the main train station with easy access to the airport, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka!

Stayed here for 3 nights, the staff were incredible! I had lost an item in a train station, and had a rough idea of where to find it. I let the staff know and they called the location, and arranged to have the bag delivered to me! They were so ready and willing to help, I felt taken care of from the first instant. The room was also very clean and comfortable, and the hotel was just gorgeous in general. Very close to the Osaka Metro too. I loved staying here!

We enjoyed staying here. Handy location. Rooms are a bit bigger than a lot of rooms in Japan. Good complimentary food snacks and drinks in dining area. Modern place.
