Location, non-smoking room was comfortable for solo stay. I had do not disturb sign on, so housekeeping very kindly left a bag of fresh towels, amenities and water outside the room, which was a pleasant surprise.

Breakfast was delicious… there was a good choice of western and Japanese food… everything was fresh… we had 2 breakfasts and they were both excellent.

Good location, good service, when we checked into our first room on the 13th floor there was a loud buzzing/humming noise we spoke to staff and they moved us very quickly to a room on the 8th floor that was much quieter 👍

Location is very good, not far from Exit 5 Metro. So if you come by Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka, easy transfer onto Metro line and getting to the hotel. Room was ok, bathroom too.

The hotel is located super centrally in Namba. From here you can walk to several train stations (to access Kyoto, Nara, Uji, etc) and also to the party district of Dotonburi. All within 10 minutes walk. Restaurants are even closer! The hotel was very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again when travelling to Osaka. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
