Excellent and super respectful staff. Great tasting coffee in the lobby. In-house onsen, and new robes, towels, and slippers every day. Right in the heart of Dotonbori. Fantastic stay, and exactly what we needed at the time.

Excellent location, great wifi and this hotel is always my go to stay for when I am visiting the Dotonbori District of Osaka. Comfortable beds and decent sized rooms.

Bed was good. But only one bedsheet for us to share. Staff english was a little limited. Please improve your english skills. Many international Tourists will thank you. Room was small, but okay. Very dark and cold unfortunately. Bathtub rather small for Western people. Toilet was a typical japanese one that washes you. only heated seat would be the cherry ontop. Many public restrooms have those as well. Included Onsen spa in 13F was nice. Breakfast was nice for Western Standards. But Only offering japanese breakfast. Unfortunately very bad coffee, otherwise i'd book the breakfast again. Maybe you could offer better Coffee with a proper machine? Also some more choices between sweet and savory would be nice. Rooftop bar was closed likely due to low season so i cant rate that. Quiet and komfortable sleep overall. There was no shelf and no place to put for our clothes. We ended up piling them on the table. There was no view out of the window. Window cannot be opened properly to exchange used air. After thinking about the overall experience i think i'll not come back. Especially lack of shelfs and light in the room Made the difference.

Was able to drop off the luggage in the morning before check in. Convenient location. Free coffee (& tea) & bread available in the lobby.

Fantastic location to access restaurants and stores. The staff are very helpful, they respond immediately when we ask for extra hard pillows.
