I liked the club lounge. We had private meals. I liked that mini bar was free- though wish there was wine. I liked the location, away from the busy train stations. We got lost at first looking for the nakatsu station, but it was really close. The staff were extremely helpful, personally directing us outside the hotel to give us directions.

We had a club room which had a great city view and was very comfortable. The location was good but not great. The club lounge was a bit ordinary with the food offerings. We stay in club rooms all over the world and this was below par. The breakfast was pleasant. In Australia we have a high standard of coffee, and unfortunately the coffee was not good. Overall though a nice hotel.

This hotel was in a great location near the train station and many resturant choices around the hotel. Good location for shopping too. The public areas of the hotel were very grand and breakfast was old school silver service with excellent food. Great views from our corner bedroom.

Room was spacious. Location was nice. Near some fantastic and cool vintage and second-hand clothes shop as well as really restaurants within walking distance. Shower room was spacious with extra towels.

The service from the staff was exceptional, nothing was too hard even with the language barrier. The facilities were top notch and very comfy to come back to after a big day out.

Great Location. Beautiful Hotel. The staff very very nice and service. The bathroom is very big. All of them are good,.it’s very the best place for shopping and doing anything in Osaka

We were on the 31st floor and the view overlooking half of Osaka was amazing!! The staff were really nice and we had a very pleasant stay. We almost spent our entire trip in Osaka because of it!!!
