Good customer service - they deliver your luggages to your room and their customer service is superb, they try their best communicating in English. Room gets cleaned every day, late check out til 12, helped me to do luggage delivery from Osaka to Tokyo airport Good location - accessible to all the big shopping malls by going on foot

I really like the property location which is very easy to access from the station.

Location is excellent. Adjacent to Daimaru Umeda and near many restaurants and shopping centres. Connectivity is great and hotel just above Osaka JR station and Metro. Rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable . Hotel staff were excellent in service and very helpful.

Easy access to various train lines, lift access to restaurants in the mall. Overall very clean, booked a room with view which was relatively more spacious.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Near all the train line, easy accessible to Kyoto, Kobe and himeiji. Good as home base for travelling around Kansai region

Biggest selling point of hotel is the location to JR station and you pay a premium for that. Basic amenities are provided so you can just stay the night without opening your luggage.

The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and patient when we had to seek medical assistance. She made several calls until she located a nearby clinic with English speaking doctor and made an appointment for us. The service was exceptional.

Great location, great amenities in the lobby, quiet rooms. Being able to check the laundry facilities from your TV was so handy.
