The connection to public transportation is good. Two train stations (JR and Hankyu line) are just outside the hotel. And Shin Osaka station is within walking distance.

The beds were comfortable and the plentiful staff were friendly and helpful. Good location on the main metro line linking Shin Osaka and the popular Namba and Umeda areas.

Location to trains & variety of food places. Price, Bed, wifi, amenities, staff, etc.... Some things I didn't use because of time like the tv, restaurant so I can't speak to that. Overall it was mostly good.

I would recommend. Hotel is literally next to the metro station. Check-in experience (it was around 11pm) was fast thanks to friendly staff. The room was tidy and nice with complimentary water. Fresh towels provided daily.

Great location - very close to Shin-Osaka station and right across from the metro to bring you in to Osaka centre. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Right next to the Minamikata train station. Shin-Osaka station is located at 15 min walk from the hotel, where one can take Shinkansen trains. Reasonably priced accomodation for what they offer. Japanese breakfast is ok.
