Fantastic location. No breakfast but cannot complain for the price. 7-11 and Lawson just right opposite.

It was best hotel I ever been. Especially nice and gentle staffs ! I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I back to Osaka in a few months.

location near Doutonbori River (Glico Man) / Kuromon Market / Takashimaya / all the branded shops. subway is just a 3 min walk to the main road property has small sitting/dining area at the lobby and provides free coffee/tea/green tea. reception staff were helpful.
