“A very nice stay in Osaka!”

Everything was nice: the staff at the check-in was helpful and the check-out is very easy to do by yourself. Near the entrance there are free amenities that you can take. Each room has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, wash clothes, a perfume spray for clothes, water and a small cooler fridge. There are different convience stores very close to the hotel and there is a metro station at a 5/10 minutes walking distance. It is a bit far though from the main tourist attractions, but it you're looking for peace and quiet I think it is perfect!

Location is just a stone throw away from the Umeda and Osaka train and subway stations. Full of restaurants around. The staff is good enough to upgrade my room to a bigger one

Clean and well located, close to heaps of cool attractions but not a noisy area. Staff could speak some english which was handy
