The hotel was fantastic for an overnight stay for the train. We were able to easily get there with our bags and the staff were very friendly. There was an onsen, however tattoos were not allowed. The room was very small and so it would be good for small luggage or just one night. There was complimentary food at night. The room was so clean.

Clean room and located about 8 min walk away from Shin-Osaka Station. Good choice of connivence store nearby. Washing machine and dryer at a price. Free supper every night is a plus, Rooms were clean and enjoyable to stay.

Booked a twin room which was perfect for a 5 night stay. Room was clean and spacious. Close to Shin-Osaka station, which we used for travel. Plenty of nice restaurants and convenience stores.

Very classy room with minimal aesthetics. Loved the simplicity. The onsen in the hotel is really great with both indoor and outdoor pool. There is also massage chairs to enjoy after a drip in the onsen! We didn't try the complimentary soba that was available from 9pm to 11pm, but would have try if we are still hungry and awake by then. ;) Less than 10min walk to Shin-Osaka station! Also we also enjoyed the small eatery that sells soba/udon and rice sets at round the corner where we ate for breakfast...oishii...

Clean and clutter free atmosphere. The facilities were great and the staffs were efficient in making the checking in and out process seamless. The location is great as well as many food, shopping and car rentals can found nearby.
