Room was great, very large and clean, exceeded our expectations!! Very close to Dotonbori and food spots so it was great overall. We had a small Nissan Caravan which we parked outside for the night which was a great option for us to have although spots are limited. They provided us with two umbrellas as it was torrential rain outside

Very good service, the reception staff were very warm and helpful. The room, consisting of massage chair, karaoke TV, large bathroom and huge bed, was spacious, modern and comfortable with a superb panoramic view of the city. Located in the center, a stone's throw from Dotonburi and the Kuromon market, nevertheless quiet.

Friendly and welcoming staff, clean room, perfect location and breakfast included. Rooms are a good size and the room had views of the Dontonbori area and Ferris wheel. Free snacks and bottles of water in the room daily. Very central location and convience stores nearby

The bathroom is huge with full size Spa bath tube. The toiletries are changing everyday including the electrical hairbrush cover which is very waste. The bedroom is very big size which is not common in Japan. It is very close to all eating and shopping area.

Ms Yokoyama Sharmyzanne was exceptionally helpful. The room Deluxe Queen Room was very spacious and had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. It even had a messaging chair. The breakfast was very sumptuous. The serving staff was very efficient. The location was ideal, very near to Namba station and subway station. Very close to Dotonbori, which is an happening place. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The location is perfect! The train stations are within 3-6minutes walk away and there’s so much on your doorstep without needing trains although not noisy at all. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The spa bath was great and has a lovely big bathroom and bedroom. It’s so clean and staff attended the room daily.
