First of all - thank you again! My stay here was excellent - I arrived here late evening, exhausted with my month-long travel. I was quickly checked in, very efficient process and had clear instructions from the host. The bed, the room, the bathrooms, everything was spotless, and clean. But what I would remember about Chillax is how they went out of their way to help me - I left a piece of my luggage on my last day here. It had a tonne of things I needed. I was already at the airport - they understood and empathized with my plight and traveled all the way from Osaka to Kansai airport to deliver my bag - everything was in place! So thank you for your great hospitality

Comfortable capsule bed. Power outlet on the shelf by the pillow with a small lamp. One shower room and one toilet on that floor. Two sinks in a separate room with a small mirror. You should bring a small lock for the locker that is located inside the room. The locker is pretty spacious. The first floor has nice and chill music. Has an elevator.

This was our favourite place we stayed at in the whole vacation! We were given an entire apartment to ourselves just a few minutes walk from the main hostel building. It was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and explained everything well. Great value for money!

The staff members are super kind, they really make you feel so welcome! The comon area is really cozy and cool and there's always someone there to talk to. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, I'm not kidding, I wish I could always sleep there. Room is spacious and sooooo clean, and the location is the best I could imagine, walking distance from Dotonburi but quite at night. Can't wait to be back!

I stayed in the private double room. For those doing the same, think of it like an Air Bnb apartment run by the hostel. It's in a different building around the corner. I knew this before booking, and it gave me the right balance of having privacy vs sociability. However, I imagine this detail might surprise others who want more of a hostel experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I'd reccomend this particular room for late 20s or early 30s travellers.

The staff is wonderful, always helpful and nice. Everything was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and not too far from the center ! Thank you for this amazing stay ! Also super easy to find !!! :)

Room is so spacious and comfortable with everything you need, lounge area is really cute. Well located honestly probable the best hostel I’ve been in Japan. Staff is extremely friendly nice and helpful.
