Spacious room, well-lit, with good support for work. Very comfy bed, and good facilities and amenities in the bathroom. Good location in Umeda, wit great access to shops, restaurants, bars, and the station. Room service has a proper printed menu, no need to access QR codes on the TV and order off your Smartphone (Hooray!). Food was also very good. The usual helpful Hilton staff were everywhere.

The hotel is located close to Osaka Station. The rooms are spacious and have good facilities. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Mr. Don is very helpful. The food quality of breakfast was good. The property is centrally located and makes commuting easy.

Frontdesk Excellent service from Frontdesk Shift Leader, Minori Babahata and her team, our check in and out very smoothly Exexutive Lounge Friendly service from Ms Inudou, Hana and few more I forgot their name, beverage selection is great and food is delicious 😋, Breakfast at level 2, selection are limited due to less occupancy, but taste is nice, service team very attentive., overall is good Room Very clean, nice view, and comfortable Location Very convenient, near train station and departmental store, family mart, restaurant
