From the hotel to JR Osaka Station, the shuttle service departs every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 21:30.Nakafuto Station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. For directions or any enquiries, please visit the hotel's concierge desk or contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Free parking is available for guests until 15:00 on the day of check-out. The hotel parking fee will be changed to 1,000 yen per night as of April 7, 2025. Charges will apply after this time.Please note that the hotel will undergo renovate its 414 guest rooms in anticipation of the Osaka/Kansai Expo and the future of Osaka on sequentially from 06/2024 with completion scheduled for around the end of 03/2025.
During this period, guests may experience some noise in some guest rooms at certain times of the day.As part of the renovation, all guest rooms will be non-smoking and pet-friendly rooms will be abolished.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

The shuttle bus from the train station was extremely helpful. The staff let us check in early which was appreciated after a long morning of travelling. The room was beautiful and the room service was quick and delicious. 10 out of 10, we will be back!

Friendly staff, Quality of 5 stars, good quality of Breakfast and foods. They have shuttle bus to Osaka Umeda station every hours, and convenient store plus selections of restaurants. Will come again

Stay at this hotel and enjoy a free shuttle to Osaka station, a decent-sized room with a view of the harbor, friendly staff, and one of the best hotel gyms I've ever stayed at. It's perfect for those attending the convention center next door or visiting Universal Studios.
