Incredibly cheap for a proper hotel experience. We absolutely loved it. Roof top balcony was superb and really appreciated the coin laundry facility.

The room that I booked was so spacious! For a Japanese hotel to be that spacious, I was in awe. I love everything bout the room, it even has a chair inside the room! (which you rarely find in a Japanese hotel). They provide a pajama everyday and there's coin laundry as well at Level 7. There's Family Mart just around the corner and Lawson down the road.

Clean, quiet, nice bathroom! The location is a bit tricky, the way to the nearest metro goes through a very busy market, expect to find yourself in a non-touristy area, that makes it more authentic but tricky

Fairly clean place, soft bed, pretty wide room size, and convenient laundry available. Luggage scale at the lobby is nice to have.

The front desk was very helpful. We had our Osaka Amazing card couldn't retrieve from the website, the front desk staff Ms Nguwuantrang was very helpful to us and call the company on behalf of us and finally our problem was solved. They also assisted us to book a taxi in early morning at 4:30am. Generally the staff are polite and helpful.

It was very clean and professional and the room was nice and big. All amenities were provided. I could leave my luggage for an extra day as I was spending one night elsewhere at a minimal extra cost.

This place was insane, very comfy and fancy for the price, and it's near a bunch of stuff, The room was the biggest I've stayed during my whole trip, really big for the japanese standards.

We had a beautiful room, very comfortable with everything you might need. Breakfast was also amazing. Also Korea-town was nearby and had lots of amazing food
