Air-con heater, wifi and washing/drying are functional and easy to handle. location is near subway and train station. Check in/out process is easy.

Great place for a family holiday. My 2-bedroom apartment was clean and practical. You have access to a few train stations nearest being Ebisucho station. However, if you are coming direct from KIX, it would be a 15 mins walk from Shin Imamiya station to reach e-stay Namba. Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku tower is short walk away, where you can find game shops and a variety of food. Other than Shinsekai, there are also many F&B shops and convenient stores all around too. There is also a supermarket right across call Tamade.

Modern feel and good location close to many train stops. Good to have Netflix option on TV and the bathroom was very comfortable with a good bath.

there's elevator to the floor. the room is huge, it can fit 4 adults and 3 childrens comfortably with dining table. As a smoker, there's a smoking place at the staircase of certain floors which is easier. There's lawson and family mart nearby. easy to checkin n checkout. during checkin, i received a warm welcome inside the room with a small card of my name and well wishes.

Great value for money - there aren't any staff so if you're ever anxious about interactions then there's no worries for here! It felt really secure and private, and there are heaps of food options in the immediate vicinity. We only booked for two but got a double plus an extra single bed and spacious couch. The view wasn't special but it was easy and comfy for our 2 night stay in Osaka ~(˘▾˘~)
