We had the family room and the toilet is just FANTASTIC. Clean, nice and very comfortable. The shower is great. The hotel have everything you actually need. There is also a laundry space. I was very pleased.

The self check in process was seamless.The reception desk is not operating at night but I believe you don't need to approach the staff as everything you need is there in the room.Not the central of Osaka however it is easily accessible. Overall we are satisfied during the stay.

We stayed in 2 different room at hotel. Both were pretty clean and comfortable.Furhermore you can check in online and get your outside door password as well password of the room which makes the progress so quick.

Coin laundry on site and a nice sitting area as well as outside smokers. Owners were dealt accomodating and helped us book baseball tickets

Hotel is nice and friendly staff.There is a grocery and a Lawson convenience store nearby.Just walk few blocks away and there is Shinsikai.
