The staff were great and the free amenities were SO welcome after a long travel day. It was wonderful to walk out of the hotel and immediately be in the pulse of Osaka!

Perfect location, at the heart of dotonburi. Clean, laundry facilities, great room size for a hotel in japan. They also have regular cultural events at the reception. Staff also allowed us to deposit our bags before check in. .

The location was fantastic—perfect for exploring the area. The bed was decent, and the shower had great water pressure, which was a nice plus. The amenities were also quite decent, providing everything we needed for a short stay. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place in Dotonbori!

Great stay! The room was cleaned everyday, beds were comfy and staff were lovely. Rooms are small but that is usual for Japan and it was enough space for a family of 3. They also have free cultural activities which was so fun! My kids loved the free ice cream and soft drinks at the end of each day.

It was great, however the only issue is that they have a central place to keep all their extra amenities which should have been in the guest rooms. The location is great and heaps of food options.
