We loved the convenient location to the train station and Dotonbori area. The bathroom was also very spacious. The staff were also very friendly and made our stay very pleasant.

It’s located right at the corner of Shinsaibashi but on a quiet corner. Facilities are excellent and parking is convenient at affiliated building.

Location is superb, extremely convenient to everything. Staff were polite and helpful. There was also free beverages at the hotel reception.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. We had the large twin room with wooden floor - it was a lot larger than average rooms you'd find in Japan - perfect for family travelling with kid due to lots of large lugggage! We were really surprised by how big the room was, even though we already knew the sq.m. during booking. Breakfast was buffet and had quite lots of variety so it was nice. Staffs at check-in and check-out were very helpful with speedy service.

Just a stone throw to the shopping street and u can easily find cafes, restaurants and shops. Also v close to the train station.

The hotel was right next to a shopping arcade and had a lot of restaurant options nearby. We had a spacious twin room with a good bathroom (separate room for the WC). Room was very clean. You have to let housekeeping know if you want your room cleaned for the day, which is a good policy. Breakfast buffet had a good spread but they served the same items every day.
