The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station.Please note breakfast is not complimentary for children. Great location. All amenities present and of good quality. Bed was large and extremely comfy. Hotel breakfast had excellent variety and food was high quality. Bathroom well designed and large bath very comfortable.

Best location in my opinion, but happiest part, is that Cross Hotel is one of the largest standard rooms compared to many other hotels in Japan. That, and the large bathrooms/showers. This is my 5th time staying at the Cross Hotel, and I would gladly stay once again, the next time I'm in Osaka. Mata ne

The hotel location is terrific - central to many restaurants and sights. We enjoyed its proximity to Namba Station and Dotombori. The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful.

Great location, Dotonbori is just a very short walk, giving plenty of eating & shopping options around. There's plenty of self-help luggage storage space on the lobby that you can use while waiting for your room to be ready or after checking out with plenty of time to kill. The hotel itself looks like like a refurbished old building (the lift looks outdated) but nicely decorated & very clean.

Cross Hotel Osaka is in a great location in central Osaka. It’s beside the Ebisubashi Bridge and very close to the tourist magnet of Dotonbori. The closest Metro station is Namba. The best exit for the hotel is 15B through the Namba HIP building, which has escalators to the ground floor. The closer exit 14 is all stairs and no good with suitcases. Hotel rooms are minimalist Scandi functional, and by Japanese standards a good size. They are, of course, clean. The bathroom is kitted out in Onsen style, with a “wet room”, including a bath and shower without a shower curtain.

The location is the best in Osaka and so easy to find. Nice friendly check in and nice room. Fully Recommend.
