The hotel had beautiful spacious rooms, quiet and comfortable. It had a food Mart outside for snacks, but also 3 restaurants for more substantial food. The staff were extremely polite and professional. It was a short walk to train stations. The onsens were amazing. Not too crowded but awesome facilities. There were 3 massage chairs free to hotel staff.

Great location if you do not want to be in the very busy part of the city center with lots of tourists, as this is a business area. We enjoy walking and it is about half an hour to the Castle, and half an hour the other way to the busy part of town (Dotonbori). Close to various trains/metro lines, which was practical as we did day trips out of the city in the surrounding hills/mountains. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel filled with locals. Family Mart right in front of the hotel, to buy food, water etc. Very nice hot baths in the last floor (outside, inside and a sauna), but quite busy as you do not need to be a hotel guest to have access. Still a highlight of this hotel. Great views from that floor on the city, especially at sunset. Comfortable beds, and rooms with everything you need in them. Flexible: they let us check-in early when we arrived as our room was ready. They spoke good English.

Great spacious rooms. Delicious breakfasts. Easy to walk there great location to visit nearby tourist attractions and good metro links. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Short walk to trains, large rooms, short walk to great restaurants, in a business district so you don’t feel like you are in the middle of a tourist trap.

Overall, we had a great experience; the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage as we got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait for check in. So this was a big plus. The room was wonderful and clean. Would definitely return.

Good location; bit out of the way so don't stay here if you want to be in the center of things. But meant it was nice and quiet but with easy access to public transport and within 30-45 mins of all the locations we wanted to get to. Decent sized clean comfortable and relaxing rooms Great onsen Free massage chairs Nice panoramic view in bar / restaurant Tullys coffee (a chain) in foyer for getting the morning going or an easy stop/ chill out area when needed.

The facilities were excellent and the staff were very helpful. The onsen was very enjoyable and not crowded which made the experience much more pleasurable.
