Great room. Pretty spacious by Japan standards. Modern. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Good location, 15 min or so stroll to Dontonburi. Pretty close to Namba station and Nipponbashi station and metro to get about.

Great property , comfortable, clean excellent facilities. View of Mt Fuji and awesome staff who were polite kind and do anything to help. Quiet location but 2 metro stops from busy Shinjuku and meters from 2 JR line and Keio stations very easy to get around Tokyo. Will recommend to anyone wanting a great property I. Easy location. Again staff were wonderful.

Staffs are friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect, 10 mins walk will get you to all key food and shopping places in Osaka; and train stations. The room is spacious and very comfortable. We had 3 adult staying, which the staff has prepared the sofa bed which is also comfortable. We appreciate the water and ice dispenser and the laundry machines available in the hotel.

We booked the family room, there was tons of space in the room. Hotel was in a good area with a 5min walk to Namba station.

Loved our Premium room w complete kitchen facilities, the 6/f lounge w free brewed coffee where our group would gather, the hotel's convenient location. They helped arrange our group of 15 to transfer by van & taxi to Shin Osaka. All these made our holiday in Osaka truly enjoyable.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly helpful staff when we needed to throw away our old luggage, calling DHL and getting a taxi service. Loved the kitchen in our room, the best was the microwave oven. There are 5 coin laundries just around the corner (between 4-7mins walk). The accommodation itself has conin laundry on their 5th floor, however, I am not a fan of top loader washing machines. My experience was that it tends to take more time to dry clothes using the driers supplied by the hotel and I could only wash a small load of laundry each time compared to the one outside.

We got a free upgrade to an even bigger room, which was so great. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a smile on my face everytime I had to speak to anyone at reception. The hotel is located super close to Dotonburi but not so close where it feels super touristy, and was very easy to access via public transport. My husband and I loved the landry room and the vending machines on each floor - it was so nice to be able to do our laundry after 2 weeks of traveling around japan. And though we don't have kids, we were both super impressed by how kid friendly this hotel was. There was a kid's playroom and it just overall seemed very welcoming to kids. I loved this hotel and we will for sure stay here next time we go to Osaka.
