The staff were friendly. Their response to email queries is so quick. It was lively oustide but very cozy quiet and comfortable once inside the hotel. It is winter but we did not use the heater because the room is nice and warm.

The staff was really accommodating and helped me out when I mistakenly booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one. Other services were pretty basic.

For the price, it think it was worth it. Location was very ideal as it was closed to most tourist attractions in Osaka. Typical to most Japanese hotel rooms I have been, the size is quite small but surprisingly slightly bigger than other hotels I have been to in Tokyo. My room was clean, but don’t expect much for hotel facilities. The hotel is very dated in design but it wasn’t a big deal for me as we’re only using the hotel room to rest/sleep.

The location is superb. It is near the Namba Station and is at the edge of Dotonbori. There is a direct train from Nankai Namba Station to Kansai International Airport which makes the location even better. The staff members were very helpful and polite. They also gave clear instructions in English.

- Staff were nice and attentive. They went the extra mile in giving me 5am directions to the airport when I was checking-in. - Strategic walking distance to Dotonbori and around 10-15 mins walk (depending on which entrance) to Namba Station. - Free amenities to take and use. - Free water dispenser.

Everything was great, the price is good, and everything is great. Free breakfast, free shuttle, nice room, nice staff, easy to find; convenient enough to get into the city via taxi.
