The room was spacious and nice, near the station for both metro and nankai to airport line so it was very easy commuting. There's also local shops around so we can explore local food stores, lots of conbini and drug store at the front of station

Everything was good. Nice clean spacious apartment, nice and quiet neighbourhood, easy walk to train stations. I really liked that they provided us with everything, even with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, washing up tablets etc. saved a lot of hassle having to buy my own for short stays.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is located like 5 min walk from station Tengachaya where you can take metro to anywhere. The mini kitchen was perfect for preparing the food from nearby 7eleven or Lawson. Both of them are 3 min walk and open 24/7. We also walked a lot and we even walked from Umeda to this apartment ( like 2hr walk). If you are not afraid to walk, definetly consider a walk from diferent stations, because you will find on your way back many nice things and restaurants. The ride from there to Nara it is like 1h and to Kyoto is like 1,5h. To Dotonbori it was like 1h walk and you can get there by metro in 30min. So it was not in the center but definitely not far away from things. When you get used to the metro system it is very convenient location. I highly reccomend the use of google maps. It got us anywhere we wanted and it was explained to details. Bathroom was perfect and it had towels and shampoo stuff ready for us. We even used the washing machine once and the manual made it very easy to use. Overall there were several manuals which help with the using of the house and it was very well explained. The toilet was automatic and it was very nice to sit down on warm toilet :D. It was big enough to have open our 3 suitcases all the time. Even though it is located next to railway we did not here anything in the evening. It was perfect apartment.
