It is located right next to the train station with plenty of amenities nearby, such as convenience shops, supermarket and restaurants. You can also get a discount for the nearby solaniwa onsen, which is a great place to visit if you are in Osaka.

Within easy distance to Universal studios. Early morning shuttle bus provided to USJ. Clean and modern hotel, right next to Bentencho train station. Some excellent izakayas and ramen shops in the area, not fancy, but excellent food. Restaurants in the hotel also. Room was very comfortable.

We had a Quad room which was a great size with ample space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers. Nice furnishings and amenities in the room. Separate bathroom and toilet, great shower. Enjoyed a panoramic view of the city from 23rd floor. We had 2 packages posted to hotel reception which were received with ease. The adjoining Solaniwa Onsen is a really fun experience not just an onsen. Discounted price for hotel guests. Family Mart just outside as well as Burger King and some other restaurants and shops in the complex. Direct access to Bentencho Station via stairs was also so handy. The staff were lovely, didn’t speak a lot of English though nothing Google translate couldn’t help with. The photos shown of rooms were a true reflection of what you get.

Very close to train station Osaka loop line. Got us everywhere and very convenient. Had a little shop and pharmacy close by.

The reception staff are very helpful. We had a variety of requests from utensils to screw drivers and they all could accommodate. Basically you can ask for anything. The only thing like mission impossible is they couldn’t help heat up the pizza we bought at the nearby supermarket because of the size being unable to fit into the microwave…

Room was spacious. Great views. Nice buffet restaurant. Close to 2 different JR transport lines, so was easy to get to universal studios and city, and other touristic spots. Once i found the pedestrian ways, it was easy to take my luggage to public transport

The room is quite spacious for 3 people and the location is very strategic. Love the onsen park too just a walking distance and Failily mart just downstairs.
