Location is superb. Access to Osaka metro is right in front of the hotel door. It’s not too far from dotonburi area, but not too close, so it can still be quiet and away from tourists. The place is clean and compact. There’s an elevator so you don’t have to worry about having a huge luggage. If you want to move to other city, just use the luggage delivery service. Drop off your luggage at the reception and you’ll see them again at your next hotel.

The room has everything you need to stay couple of days, decent speed of WiFi, elewator, big tv, Reception was great, very friendly and always ready to answer questions, metro stop just outside of the hotel, some food options right next to hotel and way more in 3-5 minutes walk.

The hotel is located in the city center and really close to the subway. The room is spacious and the staff can speak different languages and quite friendly to customers. Facilities in the hotel is good, with smoking area on the ground floor, amenities are unlimited and the cleaning is on time

Namba station exit 29 is right accross the Hotel. Very near Dotonbori and Nankai-Namba station if you’re going to KTX. Quiet and spacious room. Will be staying in this hotel the next time I visit Osaka

The hotel was clean and very good location as Namba Station is just outside the main entrance. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I really like staying in this hotel. Will definitely recommend. It is also near to the Namba OCAT where u can take the limo bus from KIX airport and walk to the hotel. Highly recommend taking the limo bus as you dont have to worry abt your luggage as compared to taking train.

The hotel ais very centrally located,cheap and room is clean. It has everything you need. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly . My place in Osaka is now decided.
