Price was great for a holiday weekend. Room was clean, though a bit small... To be expected for a business hotel.

Check in was very easy The room was well designed for Japan with everything accessible from the bed or desk. Breakfast was a treat with western options and Japanese staples. The Onsen was large, mostly empty and had a sauna, hot pool and a cold plunge pool

It was satisfactory in a general sense. Right next to an underground railway exit, walking distance of Osaka Castle and Q's mall. The room, albeit not huge but was sufficient for 2 and luggage. The presence of the onsen basically makes the the tube in the room non-essential, unless you're body shy.

Family Mini Mart is nearby within 1 to 2-minute walk. The room is clean and neat. Is more hygienic and great that hotel is providing paper cups.

Great location, right beside a subway station. Very close to Osaka castle. The onsen was probably the best I've experienced, they had a sauna too! Staff were friendly and helpful
