If there was one thing I would suggest it is that All the staff have a good understanding of the English language. I realise that if you go to foreign country you should have a basic command of the native language in this case its Japanese but that works both ways a hotel that is excepting foreigner's should have employees who can communicate in English. The people and country of Japan are fantastic, its just one or two staff strugglied to understand what we needed thankfully others helped us out, their communication skills were wonderful.

The standard APA experience, kind and pleasant staff with fantastic facilities and pricing. The rooftop restrurant was decently priced and surprisingly good.

The pros of the hotel is the location, the subway is just 2 mins away from the hotel which was very convenient. They handed out these gifts which were cool stickers I guess it was an event.

The location was good as I needed to go to the close by located Conference center. Friendly staff, very helpful. If you understand and accept the concept of APA Hotels you know what to expect about the room space.

Space was too tight. Looks like every Apa hotel is similar. This is my second experience at Apa H. Location was fantastic. Near train station going towards and some major places. Service was good and very efficient.
