Convenient location to all the shopping areas of Osaka. If shopping is your travel plan this location is great. All area excessible just need good and comfortable walking shoes. Front staffs we're helpful as 2 of them spoke English. Must highlight that they allowed us to store our luggages 1 day earlier than our actual stay with this hotel, which is a welcoming help. We were travelling out for a night to Nara. Thank you for accommodating our request.

The hotel is located near the bus stop and the metro, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room is clean. In addition to the kettle, there are bags of coffee and tea. The breakfast is delicious and varied. I really liked the origami figure that greeted me in the room. It's very sweet and welcoming. And it helped to immerse yourself even more in the culture and atmosphere of Japan.
