Great hotel. Very nice breakfast. Only negative was that whilst we thought we had breakfast included it was only for the adults. Ended up getting an additional bill for 3 extra breakfasts per day

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at ANA Crowne! Our stay at ANA Crowne was absolutely wonderful, and we were particularly impressed by the outstanding service from the housekeeping team. A special mention goes to Shoda, who went above and beyond when we needed assistance on November 7th around 6 PM. Our young son had a little accident, and Shoda arrived in no time to change the bedding. She handled everything so swiftly and professionally that our evening wasn’t disrupted at all. Her kindness and efficiency truly stood out, making what could have been a stressful moment completely seamless. Beyond this, the entire hotel experience was fantastic. The renovations are top-notch, giving the hotel a fresh and modern feel while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every aspect of our stay—from the amenities to the hospitality—was exceptional.

Spacious room for 2, I love the location as it is not in a dense area. It's calm and peaceful here. Took just a 15-minute Uber ride to Osaka Castle, History & Military Museums as well as a library which are places that still consist of the remains of WW2 buildings.

Exquisite stay, incredibly attentive staff and not overbearing. The property is older, however it is maintained really very well and has character rather than age. Will stay here again for sure.
