It's placed in the middle of shinsekai and has very friendly tourist places around. Also right next to Nipponbashi and relatively near to Sotenbori. The room was huge and the staff was really friendly, there even was one Spanish speaker which was such a good help for me. It has a smoking space on the backside with chairs.

Location is the best for subway but a little far from JR train station. It is located near Tsutenkaku tower. There is breakfast for free.

Love the fact that the room is more spacious compared to Tokyo hotel. You have space to walk around, open your luggage and yet still not cramp. The bonus point is that just 3-4 mins away from train station. You even have other train line option which is just 10 mins walk from hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Osaka.

The tatami room is spacious, easy to open luggage and have balcony, can hang clothes that have been washed. Short walk to Ebisucho Station. 8 minutes walk to Imamiya Station & Shin Imamiya Station. The bed was nice. The staff also friendly and helpful. There's pantry where you can use microwave and sink, they also provide disposable cutlery.

The room was very spacious and with cabinet space for your clothes and bagagge, we had a little balcony which was nice for some fresh air into the room and it was a short 2 minute walk to Ebisucho Station. Best hotel we stayed after a lot of travelling in Japan.

Cleanliness and location are superb, as expected. Free housekeeping or room service every 3rd day. Free water bottles and new towels every day are generous.
