Sylvia was very welcoming and helpful. Martina in the meal area was also pleasant and very helpful. Amer the driver was professional and always prompt. So despite being a little out of Ortisei, everything was made easy and therefore great value. I was warm, comfortable and happy with my decision to stay at Hotel Pontives.

It has it feel that every working there is pulling together I'm really doing the best for the guests. The waitress was very happy, the receptionist seems happy to see you, space the barman was cheerful

The hotel is magnificent and I don’t say that lightly. From start to finish the staff took care of me and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The onsite restaurant serves good quality, reasonably priced food which I ate most evenings. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much.
