- Central location, close to the restaurants, the bus stop, shops - Plenty of space in the room - Plenty of space in the wardrobe - Decent dinner (paid separately, but good value) - Staff are friendly and accommodating - Pleasant view from the room - Prices are reasonable

I did not expect such a level of service and especially the restaurant. For some reason this was not mentioned in the reviews. And I'm very glad I booked dinner. It was amazing. After a day of hiking in the beautiful mountains, dinner is a gastronomic delight. It was divine. I bow to the chefs. And I really liked the girl at the reception. She was so nice and helpful. It's convenient that there is parking. And it was very nice to find out that you can use the pool and sauna.

Fantastic location in the centre of Ortisei. The staff are brilliant, friendly, kind and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to assist you. The breakfasts in the morning have a great selection and the dining room has a beautiful atmosphere. We were full until evening. It’s walking distance to lovely restaurants , shops and different lifts to the mountains. If you stay here you get free tennis, ice skating plus use of a nearby hotel and sauna. We went to the local tennis club two nights and had so much fun in the courts. It was a lovely extra
