Amazing staff, always took an extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Special thanks to Matthew in reception The room is spacious, bed is very comfortable with a pillow menu if required. Breakfast is excellent. The restaurant staff are very helpful, special thanks to Walter chief restaurat staff/butler Guided hike tour are included in the room rate, the hike guide Emanuel is very knowledgable, friendly, and professional he made sure everyone was happy fron begning to end.

The warm welcome we received. The exceptional friendliness of restaurant staff to us. The comfort and beauty of the bar area. Our spacious and luxurious room. The relaxing sauna and cold dunk. The gorgeous views of the Dolomites. Experience sure makes us want to return, and we definitely will!
