We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Classic am Stetteneck in Ortisei. From the start, the communication with the staff was excellent—they were always kind, attentive, and ready to assist. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Ortisei and close to the Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable cars, making it perfect for skiing and exploring the Dolomites. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, varied, and a great way to start a day . Every detail of my stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and charm of Ortisei.

Everything is perfect! Room, breakfast, dinner, swimming pool, sauna, and the service, love their smile :) I spend two delightful days in Ortisei, lovely town and perfect location. I will sure to choose the hotel again next time.

Location was perfect!! Close to all the lifts and in the centre of town. We chose half board and the food was so lovely

The location is very close to the cable car station to Alpe di Suisi, the room has a good view of the mountains as we were upgraded to a better room. Breakfast was good. Parking space in the back of the hotel with a day charge. Close to shops, supermarket and restaurants.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. The location was great, the room was big enough for us and our dog, and the view from the terrace was beautiful. I requested a room with a bathtub, and they exceeded my expectations and gave me a nice, comfortable room to stay in. And the staff is very friendly.

Everything was great. Clean and friendly. It is very close to the two cable car stops. It was easy to drink hot water or tea with electric ports. The best thing was breakfast. Please make sure to stay.

The hospitality was amazing! The staff were so friendly and warm! The hotel was beautiful, felt cosy and wholesome. The breakfast in the morning was delicious! And the view was amazing! Great spot!
