I didn't really deal with the staff, but they were lovely. The rooms were clean. None of the normal issues of hot water, it was quick and had good pressure. The addition of soap/shower gel was welcome as I had flown in. Plenty of towels. Arriving late the first night, there was no problem summoning someone to let us in.

Secure parking for motorbikes (see later). 5min walk to centre and restaurants, cathedral. It's in a time warp, but location and parking in centre is great.

Fantastic location in the city in a beautiful leafy square, close to many places to eat and easy walking to all the sites. Very handy to have private parking and also that dogs are welcome. A characterful breakfast room.

Beautiful location, had a room with a view. It even has a lift. The room was large enough , bed comfortable, ensuite had a bidet, a first on this trip.

Excellent location on elegant tree-lined and quiet square just back from the river, close to the pedestrianised Old Town with its bars and eateries. Free parking very useful indeed in this area. Comfortable room on second floor with velux window; neither too hot nor too cold, bed was fine. The wifi worked well.
