The staff were excellent, the hotel has a lot of charm. The room was fine, a little small. Breakfast was fine too. Orleans is a great city and the hotel is located 5 - 10 mins walk. Would recommend to all. There's a really nice garden at the rear of the hotel.

Lovely room, but was located right next to the lift, but it wasn't overly noisy so it was good. We also were able to park right outside as we arrived late and leaving early in the morning so that was another really great plus. reception lady was very very nice, she gave me jug of milk and large tea cup when I arrived so I could make a bedtime cuppa tea bonus points :) Breakfast was small but ample.

Needed a hotel to break up the long drive from southern France to The Netherlands and this worked out very well. It's walking distance to the center of Orleans on a quiet street, with a comfortable room overlooking an interior courtyard. And it was great (and unexpected) to be able to park for free on the street just a hundred meters from the front door.
