The hotel was lovely and very clean. Closer to Universal than IOA but obviously not too far. Can also get a water taxi to parks and back if legs are sore from all the walking or too hot.

It was very close to Universal Studios, it was exceptionally clean and smelt divine. The staff were very friendly. It was funky and played great music. Nice pool.

Great location particularly if you are visiting the universal theme parks. The fact that they are within walking distance is so convenient. And the unlimited express pass is an awesome perk of staying here. The pool area was great with lots of atmosphere including DJ playing during the day and music always on. Showing kids movies in the evenings at the pool is a nice touch. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would happily stay here again.

Location is unmatched when visiting Universal Resorts as it is an easy (if sweaty) walk to the park entrances - closest of the premium hotels. Fast pass for all the family meant that for us, as a family of 4, it was great value. We ate in the pool bar and 'kitchen' and had great meals every time, so full marks to the team for that. Check in and out were simple and painless. Pool area is great and the kids (16 and 13) loved the overall atmosphere.
