- Lovely big room (we were upgraded to a suite at check in) - Nice vanity area with two sinks in the suite - Comfy Beds - Films relevant to the parks are available on the TV such as jurassic world / park films - Staff were lovely and very helpful throughout the resort.

Dockside inn is in a fantastic location, close to international drive and provides free shuttle buses to universal city walk and theme park. Has everything you need. Check in took for ever, queued for over 30 mins to check in and waited till 5pm for the room to be ready. Shame about the minimal sounding proofing used when building the hotel, rooms are very loud can hear other rooms and kids running up and down the landing. I had a suite room with plenty of space, however they are designed for 6 people, not nearly enough hanging space from clothes.

Really good experience and great facilities only issue we had was not enough towels provided in the room only three towels for group of five we did ask for more towels and they were provided the following day however the next occasion was again only three towels.

Location to Universal Studios, Transportation to and from the park, early entry to the parks, simple check out, good facilities. Staff friendly and helpful.

We love Dockside and always return! So quick to get to the resorts, never ever waited for a bus, very close to walgreens and walking distance to chillis. Perfect!

Great place to stay on a budget. We asked for a room in a quieter side, she said no promises but the room we had was nice and quiet. The room had a coffee maker with disposable cups and coffee bags, a mini fridge, safe, a little closet with an iron and board. Laundry on the 3rd, 6th etc floors of each building. 4 dollars for a huge tub of washing and 4 for 1hr drying. Card/App or cash [coin machine available]. Laundry detergent sold on site too. Very handy. Ice machines on every level. The beds were comfy and lots of channels on tv for after park hours. We loved the microwaves, free coffee and hot water readily available in the dining area for self-catering. Free water and ice at the soda machines which is the same as the parks.There was a little food court and Starbucks but you can hop over to Walgreens at the intersection or 7-11 nearby. A few shops for meals nearby KFC, IHOP etc. The shuttles were regular and efficient, we didn't have to wait long both ways. Early admission is a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping, remember to put the I'm still Dreaming card on the handle if you are sleeping in. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Clean, comfy beds, good range of food options including GF, regular shuttle, friendly check in staff, nice pool. This hotel was ideal for our 2 day parks stay.

This was our second stay at Dockside. We love the location, room size, friendly staff and overall atmosphere. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus to the parks.
