A wonderful hotel if you are visiting Universal, clean, comfortable, regular shuttle bus and the Urban Pantry has a variety of food options.

This hotel is perfection!!!! The rooms are so clean and comfortable. The hotel is sleek and modern, with various food options. Staff are helpful. The transport links to the various parks are wonderful and efficient! If looking for a peaceful stay, I would definitely stay here! Can't wait to come back!!

I think Universal should think about The parking fee in its hotels. Even for the Annual Passholders !!! It makes the stay less worthy. I always think twice before staying there again (although I love it)

Had a very clean feel about it. Staff were amazing. Loved the robots roaming around the place. Hotel was also very very nice. Room was cleaned almost every day too
