We stayed at the hotel overnight before travelling to the south west of Florida. We arrived later in the evening and the welcome we got from the staff on the front desk was exceptional. We have stayed there before and it’s how they are. First class team.

I was on a trip in the USA for nearly a month for work and stayed in many different hotels. Even though I did stay in a couple of places that were twice as expensive, the Tryp hotel was by far the best. The staff are awesome: friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are great: very clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are nice, the rooms are spacious. Also, the breakfast is nice, there's plenty of parking and, above all, it's lovely and quiet: you don't have to listen to your neighbours because the walls are soundproof, the hallways are carpeted so you don't hear people walk by (with suitcases), you don't hear slamming doors and there are no weirdos in the car park playing loud music (which I've seen happen at several other hotels). Also, there are plenty parking spaces, lots of places to eat nearby and it's at a great location. I stayed here for a few nights, after which I left Orlando. When I had to come back in order to catch my flight, I immediately booked this place again.

The staff was super friendly all the time! The room was clean, well-equipped, comfy and the breakfast was worth the price. We always found a parking spot and there was free coffee at the reception. Would definitely come back when staying in Orlando.
