A great location close to universal. Very clean and spacious rooms with a full kitchen. Super comfortable bed, lots of towels and a spa bath. Helpful and friendly staff. Free parking was a bonus. Very quiet at night. Would definitely stay again.

Really spacious accommodation and in general well equipped with a.o. a dishwashing machine and washing machine / dryer combination. The staff was friendly, the hygiene was good and we had a good comfortable stay in this hotel! The location close to Universal Studios was awesome!

The location was excellent as it was close to close to Universal and International Drive . I -Trollley stops outside the hotel if you do not have a car. The choice of kitchen, free parking, it was quiet, staff attended to issues promptly.

One very large bed in bedroom plus lounge with kitchinette. Included fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, dish washer, cooker and micro. Dishes were adequate - just! I was really pleased that the speakers had been removed from our pool side balcony. The endless music last time we stayed was not nice. It seems other people agreed with me!! The appartment and the hotel were well maintained and very clean. The hotel staff were all friendly and cheerful.

Amazing room, pool and bar were perfect for our stay. All staff extremely attentive. Especially Bertha who went out of her way to make our trip extra special and sorted everything we needed. She is a value to this hotel

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location. There was a decently sized fridge, microwave, and tableware included in the room which was a massive plus.
