Nice and clean, friendly staff. A particular mention needs to be made for Grace in the restaurant, and Sylvester in the pool bar. Very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were nice and big and the staff around the hotel were welcoming and friendly. My son and I really enjoyed the pool, especially with the waterslide as it was a nice, fun touch. Breakfast was nice too. Everything went well so no complaints on my side.

The variety of food. The staff, Scott, Arielle, Julio, Christine, Andres, Chastity, Angelica, Daniel, Craig, Carlo were amazing. The pool and slide is great. Parking was free as a platinum elite member. Free breakfast. Points. Location is good to aquatica and epcot.
