The room was comfortable, clean, and the location is good (18 mins to the parks) and there are multiple stores, pharmas, etc in 5 mins drive. The breakfast was also good

The room, while not that big for 2 Adults and 2 children, was comfortable and clean. Breakfast which was included in the price was good value for money. Great tourist information service offered from the agent based at the hotel.

The location is perfect for both Universal & Disney , rooms were lovely, plenty big. Breakfast was ok, could get coffee anytime which was a bonus.

The location was fine. It was a little further away from the theme parks, then thought. Traffic was a battle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are many choices of restaurants and shopping close by.

We had a good time there. We have a room on the ground floor, which is easier to get to. They had everything we needed. They cleaned our room all the time. It's close to all the parks. The staff was super helpful. There's plenty of parking. Breakfast was just okay. We had the same stuff most days. I recommend this hotel.
