For the price I paid I was amazed at what hotel offered,beds great pool great breakfast as expected,staff constantly cleaning floors, great location loved it,will visit it again and 5 adults in room

Rooms were spacious and quiet, beds were comfortable, kitchen was big enough to cook some meals (we requested supplies during check in and got enough pots, dish wash detergent, sponge etc). We used the pool on the rooftop and the fitness center - both small but ok. Location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel was absolutely amazing and blown away! Exceeded my expectations by far! I will share my experience. Starting off with all the staff, extremely friendly, helpful and professional. A very pleasant scent as you walk in to the hotel, The suite was amazing, had everything we needed, extremely clean with no odours at all. A spacious separate living room/ kitchen, really nice fridge, mini stove and cabinets. We had a very spacious bedroom with a king bed. The bathroom was huge, the shower was fantastic, we had four large towels, (four of each size towels total) quality soaps shampoo and conditioner were included. Breakfast was included and no parking fee!!! There is a shuttle to universal and Disney every morning, we missed it and was only a $10 uber ride to the parks!! I travel a lot, this is by far my favourite hotel! Will definitely be returning, from a traveller who recently has been all over Europe ( 12 counties) and the United States, Myrtle SC, Vegas, NYC, Miami and LA. You absolutely must book here, you won’t be disappointed!!

Loved the roof terrace with the club level booking. Hilda was so nice and accomodating. The rooms are also spacious and has everything one needs.

The hotel's prime location on International Drive is its standout feature, offering easy access to a variety of restaurants, making dining out a breeze. The spacious and comfortable rooms provide a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring, ensuring a pleasant and restful stay. Among the reception staff, Bertha Ann stood out with her warm and welcoming attitude, always addressing guests with a friendly "hon," making check-in and interactions more enjoyable.

Lovely apartment room with separate bedroom and comfy beds. Kitchenette/seating area very comfy also. Room quite. Rooftop pool access with snacks and drinks was a lovely suntrap to relax in. I trolley right outside door with plenty of eating places within easy walking distance. Lovely pool deck and view from dining room overlooking lake
