The Orlando Palms offers great value with clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient location near major attractions. The pool area is lovely, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Minor improvements could be made to dining options and amenities. Overall, a pleasant stay and a solid choice. 4/5!

The location is great! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The saff were friendly. No complaints! Will stay again for sure.

What I liked: -The receptionists. Good service. I tested them a lot and they all proofed that they are good employees. -I could change the rooms when I wanted. -Florida Mall and all shops and restaurants 20min. nearby -They had coffee and water in the hallway -Very nice pool on the backside. I loved it. -A gym room

The staff is very modern and kind of funny, which I personally always appreciate. The room was big, kinda old-fashioned but the bed was big and comfy and sheets and everything else in the room very clean. Nice toiletries, too.

Very big rooms Ac, fridge and bath tub The Pool back is so harmonic Florida Mall just 15min away It only need breakfast but it was a McD and Dunkin nearby if you get hungry at night or early morning. Bustop with bus 108 to Florida Mall. Google it
