It's in a great location if you're going to Universal, and Icon Park and Disney Springs are only 15-20 minutes away. Breakfast is very basic and not very tasty, seems like they get a lot of comments about this but refuse to change anything. Some bacon with my eggs would've been nice as opposed to undercooked ham. The mattress was very hard, but the pillows were soft, nice big tv. However I was in a room near the elevator with a terrible beeping sound that was so loud and went off anytime someone got in or out so that was super annoying and the carpentry work on the door of my room wasn't great because there is an inch gap between the door and floor so could hear everything out in the halls, which woke me up several times. I also noticed the cleaners didn't actually change my bedding on the cleaning day as I left a small mark from some food I ate and it was still there after the cleaning. I would say I'd come back as it's a safe and good location but some of the facilities need an update.

Great location close to International Outlet Mall and Universal Studios. Rooms are decent and clean, and room colors are not good ( purple !!) and make the rooms look dark and dingy. Basic breakfast and free parking. Good coin-operated laundry facility in each block and free coffee 24 x 7.

Room was clean and beds very comfortable. The 24 hour coffee/ drinks station was especially useful because of the poor weather on one of our days. The location was great for our visit to Universal Studios, we used the morning shuttle and walked back in the evening.

Friendly and professional staff. Spacious and clean room. Well-maintained facilities. Universal Orlando tickets desk is available and hotel provides early access to the park.

The location was 30mins walk to universal which was perfect for a morning stroll after breakfast. Super close for Uber in the evening. There are some lovely restaurants near by too. The bedroom was clean and bathroom was clean fresh towels.

Very convenient location for Universal parks. There is a shuttle at 8am, but a 20 min walk is also pleasant.

Stayed in a king ropm with 1 huge bed. Location perfect fot a visit to Universal. Shuttle as advertised. Free parking is excellent. Room a good size. Breakfast very good. Lots of towels. Room and bathroom spotless. Good shower, plenty of hot water with decent pressure. Large bathroom.
